- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, promotional merchandise, etc.) missing
- Wrong product delivered/expired product delivered complaint reported after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Damaged product delivered/missing product complaint reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
1. Step 1:
- Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).
- Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received damaged or missing product(s).
2. Step 2:
- Email us with your order number, contact details, and a picture of the wrong, expired, or damaged product at email id
- Alternatively, text us on WhatsApp or call us at +91 767085401 (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 6 pm). Our customer support team will assist you with your queries and resolve them as soon as possible.
3. Step 3:
- Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
4. Step 4:
- After reviewing your return request, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
5. Step 5:
- If our reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charge to you.
6. Step 6:
- Once we receive your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement depends on stock availability.
Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organized. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. The item is then brought back to our warehouse, where our quality control team checks it. Once the product passes quality control, a refund/replacement is initiated.
- You can cancel your order using the CANCEL button from the order details page under the My Account section. You will need to provide a reason for cancellation, and we will handle the rest.
- Alternatively, you can WhatsApp or call us at +91 767085401 (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 6 pm), and we will assist you in cancelling the order.
Note: Akquva Skkin Solutions(OPC) Private limited reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time. We may verify any order before shipping, which may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer. Once the order is processed, we cannot cancel it. Orders can only be cancelled until the status is “Ready to Ship.”
- For prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will need to provide bank details via email for the refund.
- We will process your refund within 7 business days for order cancellations.
- For returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and passes the quality check. The entire process takes about 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Yes, you can return any product that is eligible for returns/replacement.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order. If you redeemed loyalty points for an order, they will be credited back to your account in case of a cancellation.
